MODULE I:

Every business owner needs a brand to rally behind. It's what helps you stay consistent in your presentation and makes it easy for clients to recognize you. This module will break down how to determine your business branding and create a platform to display it. You'll learn how to design in a way that captures the attention of your audience and tells your unique story. Fine tuning your brand is a necessary part of this industry!

MODULE 3:

"Social Media Basics"
(3 lessons)

We'll take a close look at Facebook and Instagram. It is especially important to have a business page for both social platforms. Our clients are searching our socials before they ever reach out. Which means your IG feed and Facebook info is their first impression of who you are, what your business is like and if they can see themselves working with you. We'll also talk through the debated topic: to watermark or not to watermark images! 

MODULE 4:

"Session Pricing & Packages"
(7 lessons)

Inside these lessons you'll have a full understanding of how to price your sessions for profit. This includes understanding how to set up packages in a way that's easy for clients to understand. But in order to do that you need to know exactly what's required to be profitable. I'll share my pricing system so you can figure out yours. You'll know when it's the right time to raise prices and where your sweet spot is depending on location, audience and skill.

MODULE 5:

"Crafting Client Experience"
(8 lessons)

An incredible client experience isn't just an after thought. It needs to be a priority and something you've CRAFTED. We'll look at the before, during and after session experience from the client's point of view! I'll spark ideas  for you to implement immediately. Not only is this key to a returning client, but it plays a big role in FREE advertisement. An excellent client experience is just as much of a business foundation as pricing is.

MODULE 6:

"Setting Up Your Gallery Delivery System"
(10 lessons)

Gallery delivery systems are game changers. They've become robust in what they offer your clients and make it easy for you to upsell! We'll take a deep dive into all things Pic-Time so you can set up your albums, deliver full galleries and sell extras easily. I'll share my screen so you can follow along and get your settings just where you need them. We'll look at different features so your gallery delivery system is custom to your business!

MODULE 7:

"Setting Up Your CRM"
(2 lessons)

Not every business is the same. We all have different needs and priorities, so we all need a CRM that suits us best. First we'll break down exactly what a CRM is and what you might need in one today. I'll walk you through what's necessary and what options are available to you. I've used plenty over the years and found the platforms that gave my business the most benefits for each season. You'll know what to look for an get yours up and running!

MODULE 8:

"Photography Client Workflow"
(2 lessons)

It may not be the glitz and glam of your business, but it helps ensure your clients are taken care of in each step. I'll define the importance of having one in place and share my exact workflow! Every client should be given the same service as the one before, but there are so many moving pieces. You'll understand why a workflow helps you keep track of sessions and what's coming up next.

MODULE 9:

"Marketing 101"
(8 lessons)

This module brings you into the broad world of marketing! Knowing how to market the right way will expand your reach, attract dream clients and increase your overall revenue. You'll learn how to pivot between seasons and present your business as a must have commodity. Marketing is key to your next level of business!

Module 10:

"Blogging & SEO"
(4 lessons)

This plays a role in your marketing strategy! If you're not able to be found through search engines where are you hoping for clients to find you? We'll talk about the importance of blogging and how to optimize yourself! But where do you start? What do you blog about and is strategy involved in doing it? YES! It doesn't have to rack your brain or consume all your time either. You have something to say and people want to hear it!

MODULE 11:

"Email Marketing"
(5 lessons)

Email marketing is where you'll find your warmest leads! If you don't have a list or it's small in numbers we'll strategize on how to build it. You'll learn easy ways to reach your sphere and beyond - all through email marketing! I start here before going anywhere else when it comes to advertising sessions. Most times I become fully booked solely through my email marketing. Now you'll know what to send and when to send it so your clients feel loved and important! I think we just found the EASY button!

MODULE 12:

"Social Media"
(7 lessons)

This is a MAJOR module. If your business socials look similar to your personal socials...we have a problem! Social media will become a tool for your business and you'll know how to use it as such. I'll talk about different platforms and teach you how to plan your content. You'll have a deeper understanding of how to repurpose that content so you can work smarter, not harder! You'll discover the art of writing captions, why specific hashtags are import and and learn to batch in order to save time! Who knew socials were marketing must-haves! 

MODULE 13:

"Facebook/Instagram Ads"
(5 lessons)

Now that our social platforms are primed to work for us, let's dive into ads. Both Instagram and Facebook are pools for you to cast your net into. And depending on your ad will determine who you "catch!" These lessons will teach you how to construct an ad that demands traffic and most importantly you'll understand how. I'll share my screen so you can see exactly how to set up, run and receive analytics on your ads! No more guessing on whether or not your ads are successful, you'll see it!
